here lies the stuff i never shipped. some broke on bad decisions, some got boring, some i just abandoned. every one of them cost me time and taught me something.
“these taught me more than the ones that shipped.”
every dev's got a trail of dead projects. mine crashed in all kinds of ways. some broke on tech, some got boring, some fizzled out when i stopped caring.
none of this was a waste. shipping or not, these projects sharpened me. so this is me giving them a grave. not to mourn them, but to mark what they taught me before they died.
these projects are abandoned and unmaintained. some links may be broken, features may not work, and databases may be empty.

ai trip planner that planned itself into the grave.
abandoned at 60%idea was actually solid. funny thing, the exact same problem statement showed up at Google's 2025 GenAI Exchange with EaseMyTrip as partner. if i had built it properly, i could've just shipped it there. instead i overscoped, underestimated the grind, and it collapsed under its own weight.
